For example, we had a window that needed to be replaced for almost 2 years that was cracked, honestly maybe 3 it had been so long I couldn't give an accurate estimate, but I will tell you that as soon as Angie took over it was replaced. Former management sent people to quote this issue multiple times over the course of several years. Little things like this show the level of professionalism we tenants with for when it comes to things that need to be done, not only for us, but the home owners as well. "As a tenant in a property managed by EPLA for nearly 3 years now, I can say that the increase in attention to detail and responsiveness in recent months has been obvious. In years past, maintenance and urgent repairs would take weeks to get moving and communication was sporadic. Every issue seemed to be quoted by multiple companies, which meant repeatedly blocking off time in my schedule to be home from work and never being sure about a timeline for repairs (or that they'd even happen). However, this seems to have changed! The property recently had a water heater stop working - Angie was not only quick to respond to the request (even though it was submitted well outside of normal business hours) and send out help immediately, but she followed up throughout the whole process, keeping the repairs on track and ensuring that the work was done. Communication has been great, and my confidence that questions and requests will be answered has been hugely increased!
